Agile QA

Scrum is about quality. Built in quality, not the type of quality that simply counts defects when they go out the door. The type of quality that demands a transparent “done” every Sprint. A type of process that considers developers that build quality software, and product owners who optimize ROI and opportunity by selecting the best software increments. Without quality, there is no transparence. Without transparency, there is no inspect and adapt. Without inspect and adapt, there is no empiricism in the empirical process of Scrum.
