I have been a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for many now. I have worked with Thoughtworks, Wamu, IHC, Siemens Medical and Capital One and have consulted many other companies over the last few years in their quest to become agile. I have direct team leadership (Scrum Master, Coach, PM, Team Lead) as well as a PMO (Metrics, Controls and Compliance, CIO Advisory) type of experience. I am passionate about Lean and Agile and would love to make this site a useful resource for you.
